Using Femi Rides

Femirides.com provides women-driven bike, auto, cab, chauffeur, and training services. Please review these terms carefully before making a booking.

By making a booking with the Femi Rides mobile app or website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, which may be modified and posted on the website from time to time.

Indemnity

By accepting these terms, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, users, employees, attorneys, and agents harmless from claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, violation of applicable law, or use or misuse of the application or website.

Bookings, Fares & Cancellations

Femi Rides services are currently available only in Visakhapatnam. We urge customers to make bookings at least 2 hours in advance for quicker acceptance and confirmation. Booking confirmation depends on availability of bikes, autos, and cabs.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking confirmation unilaterally for reasons beyond its control. The Company shall not be liable for material or other damage that may arise from such cancellation.

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking by the customer must be made through the mobile app before the rider reaches the pickup location. Once the rider reaches the location, cancellation charges may apply.

If a vehicle has moved from the garage or another location, the customer may be liable to pay actual running kilometers or a cancellation fee of INR 100, whichever is higher.

Trip Charges and Payments

Rates quoted on the mobile app are subject to change without prior notice and are indicative in nature.

The customer shall pay the trip fare shown in the app or communicated by the call center, parking charges, toll charges, applicable night surcharge, and GST payable or otherwise imposed by law.

Trip charges may be updated or amended from time to time, and it is the customer's responsibility to remain informed about current charges. At the end of the trip, Femi Rides may provide an invoice to the registered email account.

Customer Property and Ride Safety

Customers are encouraged to take full responsibility for their belongings. In case items are lost inside a cab during the journey, Femi Rides will try to locate them in the best possible way but will not be responsible for loss or damage.

The Company will not be liable for damage that may occur due to accidents during driver duty. However, the Company applies due diligence in recruitment and training.

All vehicles registered with Femi Rides are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.

Service Disclaimer

The customer agrees that use of services offered by Femi Rides is at the customer's sole risk. Femi Rides disclaims representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• The service may not meet every customer requirement.
• The service may not always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Femi Rides is authorized to use location-based information provided by telecommunication companies when a customer uses a mobile phone to make a booking, only to facilitate and improve the probability of locating a taxi for the customer.

Legal Jurisdiction

The courts of Visakhapatnam, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from use of services offered by Femi Rides or from any agreement or arrangement between Femi Rides and the customer.

Changes to Terms

Femi Rides may add to, vary, or amend these terms at any time. Customers shall be bound by any addition, variation, or amendment once incorporated into these terms on femirides.com or from the date Femi Rides indicates the change comes into effect.

Call Recording and Site Use

All calls made to our call center may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Femi Rides does not warrant that this site, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or harmful components. Femi Rides will not be liable for damages arising from use of this site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Driver Engagement

Please do not solicit Femi Rides drivers for personal services. Our drivers are under contractual agreement not to accept permanent or temporary engagement with a customer without Company consent.

If you encourage a driver to breach their agreement with the Company, you may be liable to pay damages of INR 10,000 and may put the driver's employment at risk.
